Bill Cullerton grew up loving the outdoors as he learned how to hunt and fish from his father and grandfather at an early age. Bill also embraced the family legacy of being in involved in the business of the outdoors as well. His grandfather, Bill Jamison was a lure maker (Jamison Lure Co.), and his father William J. Cullerton was a well-known radio personality (WGN Great Outdoors Show) and a manufacturer's rep in the Chicago area.Bill took over a successful family rep business and expanded it from one to ten states representing well known product lines such Remington, Rapala, and Plano. Bill became the President of the Tackle and Shooting Sports Association (TSSA) which represents the rights and work conditions of independent fishing and hunting manufacturers sales reps across the US. Currently Bill leads efforts in manufacturing, marketing, and sales management for Zippo Mfg., Revo Brand Group, and Bagley Baits.He is a board member of the Illinois Conservation Foundation and has hunted and fished extensively throughout the North America, and Central and South America. He lives in Chicago with his wife Linda and has 4 adult children.

Michael C. Hillstrom

Position: President and Owner, Select Marketing Group, LLC; a strategic marketing and media management firm specializing in digital and social media platforms.

Mike also acts as consultant / executive director for the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Chevy Dealers Association.

He is a former broadcaster having worked for CBS Radio, WGN Radio, and was part owner of a radio station in Louisville, KY.

Mike is an avid waterfowl hunter and Labrador Retriever trainer. His outdoor experience began with pheasant hunting on his family's farm in Livingston County. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, where his introduction to waterfowl hunting and bass fishing took place.

Additionally, Mike is a member of the Executive Board Committee at Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation. He also serves as chairman of McGraw's Outdoor Recreation and Land Management Committee (ORLOC) and assisted the growth of McGraw's canine training program.

He is a long-time board member of Chicago Baseball Cancer Charities and an active member of the Chicago Blackhawks / Eddie Olczyk Scholarship Committee for youth hockey.

Mike has two adult daughters and resides in St. Charles, IL.

Thomas was raised in Gibson City, Illinois. He is a former IT manager for a national insurance company; former high school science teacher and a corporate computer software developer and trainer. Thomas earned a BS in Education, BS in Applied Computer Science, MBA, and a Doctorate of Business Administration. He is married with two grown children and three grandchildren.
